This virus is an infection in humans in which the condition of the immune system is being attacked by the HIV virus. The attack allows life-threatening opportunistic infection and cancers to thrive in the human cells. The CDC HIV information packet states that it is an infection caused by blood transfusion, sperm and vaginal fluid transfer, or can also be transferred in breast milk.
